In Hot Pursuit—Be Focused

December 8, 2016

If we want to effectively run for Christ, one of the first things we need to do is to “gird up.” Video #2 in the series talks about what that means, as well as other vital aspects to staying focused.

Praying the Lord gives us all grace to gird up and run well!

Kim! I know it has been a LONG time! I had been feeling a lot like Stephanie London – stuck, stuck, stuck….and then I read Though I Stumble and (isn’t it just like God to do this again) I heard God nudging me “It’s time….”. So I am getting ready to start running again, and wouldn’t you know that almost as soon as I finished the book, that old devil started his evil pot-stirring.

I’m doing the new In Hot Pursuit and Kim, it is SO deep and challenging – just what I need to start girding up, because I have a sense that I’m entering into a major, knock-down, drag-out fight, and I claim now that Satan will NOT win because God already has, and I’m running to Him passionately.

Thank you Kim for following God’s prompting to revisit this In Hot Pursuit study AND for your newest book – it’s already working powerful things for Him.

    Love you!

Danielle! Yes, it HAS been a long time, and it’s so good to “see” you! I’m so so thankful that the book and the study are timely for you. And I’m not at all surprised that as soon as you felt a nudging from God and also felt His grace to start running again, the enemy swooped in. He does whatever He can to thwart our ability to move forward. And his schemes and devices seem to push our buttons perfectly. But praise God that He is GREATER. Danielle, I know you know…..He does not want you to be stuck. He’s given you power to move forward, totally in HIS strength. YES, run to Him passionately! In the midst of this, you’ll have yet another testimony of how His power was perfected in your weakness. Praying for immense grace to endure as you run to WIN. Love you, dear sister xoxo
